小儿反复呼吸道感染疾病的免疫功能监测及防治

摘    要:目的:探讨反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)患儿免疫功能的变化及疾病的防治。方法:46例RRTI患儿在采取中西医结合防治措施前后,进行了临床观察、实验室检测PHAST及血清IgG、IgA、IgM含量,并与正常儿组比较。结果:RRTI组患儿PHAST阳性率明显低于正常儿组。女童血清IgG含量明显降低,男童血清IgA含量明显增高,男童血清IgM含量增高。中西医结合防治有效率达76.1%。治疗后,除女童血清IgG含量仍稍低外,其余各组均无显著性差异,但PHAST反应改变不大。结论:RRTI患儿存在广泛的免疫功能损害,中西医结合防治措施具有调节免疫功能作用。

Abstract:Objective:To search the change of immune function and the treatment of disease for child with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI).Methods:Forty-six child patients with RRTI were monitored on clinic.The PHA ST and the levels of serum IgG,IgA and IgM were tested in laboratory and compared to that in healthy children group before and after taking measures of treatment and prevention by combining Chinese and western medicine.Results:The rate of positive of PHA ST was remarkably lower than that in healthy children group.The levels of serum IgG for female decreased obviously, the levels of serum IgA for male increased obviously,and the levels of serum IgM for male increased.The effective rate of the measures of treatment and prevention by combining Chinese with western medicine reached 76 1%.After treatment the levels of serum immune globulin were normal except that the levels of serum IgA were little lower for male,but there was no significant alteration in reactions of PHA ST.Conclusions:There were extensive injuries of immune function in child patients with RRTI.The measures of treatment and prevention by combining Chinese with western medicine played a regulative role in immune function.
