| 摘 要： | 目的：寻找放射性核素检查血栓闭塞性脉管炎的方法。方法：使用９９ｍＴｃ－ＭＩＢＩ对２０例正常人和２３例血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者进行了肢体血流灌注检查。结果：显像剂到达患肢的时间延迟，放射性强度明显降低。结论：提示该检查可作为血栓闭塞性脉管炎的诊断和观察疗效的一种方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To find a means of diagnosis of thromboangitis obliterans by radionuclide.Methods:Extremital perfusion was performed in 20 normal cases and 23 patients with thromboangitis obliterans by using Tc-99m-MIBI,a myocardial imaging agent.Results:The time of the agent reaching suffering extremity was signally delayed,and the adioactivity of suffering extremity was evidently reduced after equilibrium.Conclusions:The method may be regarded as an important way of diagnosing thromboangitis obliterans. |
