EST联合LC治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石

目的分析内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术(EST)联合腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)用于治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床价值。方法对我院普外科2011年2月—2013年2月收治的60例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果和对照组相比,观察组患者具有较少的术中出血量、较短的手术时间、术后住院时间、进食时间、胃肠功能恢复时间和下床活动时间,较少的术后疼痛例数,较高的治疗成功率和较低的并发症发生率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 EST联合LC用于治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石安全有效,创伤小,术后恢复速度快,具有良好的应用临床价值。

EST combined with LC in treating cholecystolithiasis with common bile duct stones

Objective To analyze EST（endoscopic incision of sphincter of duodenal papilla） combined with LC（laparoscopic cholecystectomy） for the clinical value of treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis.Methods the clinical data of our hospital from 2011 February to 2013 February in Department of general surgery were treated 30 patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results compared with the control group,the observation group patients with less bleeding,short operation time,postoperative hospitalization time,eating time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and time to ambulation,less residual stones occurred and postoperative pain cases,higher treatment rate power and lower complications two,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion EST combined with LC for safe and effective in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis,recovery rate with less trauma and rapid postoperative,has good clinical value.
