| 摘 要： | 石杉碱甲作为治疗阿尔采末病的一种有效药物,在临床上的应用取得了较大的进展。随着检测技术的发展,关于石杉碱甲含量测定及药动学的研究也越来越多。本文就目前石杉碱甲含量测定及药动学研究进行综述,以期为石杉碱甲的研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Huperzine A as an effective drug for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease has made great progress in the clinical application.With the development of detection technology of huperzine A,more and more determination and pharmacokinetics study were reported.A review of concentration determination and pharmacokinetics study of huperzine A is presented. |
