胃平滑肌肿瘤21例临床评价

本文报道２１例胃平滑肌肿瘤（其中平滑肌瘤７例，平滑肌肉瘤１４例）的诊断及外科治疗情况，并对其诊断，治疗，良恶性的鉴别，预后等进行了讨论，指出；超声胃镜是术前确诊的重要手段，术中快速冰冻切片对可疑病例术式的选择十分必要，直径１０ｃｍ可能是鉴别良恶性更好的尺度，但更应根据肿瘤的大小，周围浸润情况，术后有无复发转移，病检结果等综合判断其良恶性。

Clinical estimation of 21 cases of smooth muscle tumors of stomach

The diagnosis and surgical treatmentof 21 cases smooth muscle tumors of stomach (7 casesleiomyomas and 14 cases leiomyosarcomas) were reported. Endoscopic ultrasonography played an important role in preoperative diagnosis. Rapid frozen section was necessary for the choice of surgical patternfor those suspected cases. 10cm in diameter might bea better criterion in the differential diagnosis betweenbenigh and malignant smooth muscle tumors of stomach. Tumor's size, infiltration of its surrouding, postoperative recurrence or metastasis and pathologicalstudy should be considered as a whole in the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant smoothmuscle tumors of stomach.
