| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨苦芪甘颗粒对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法：以血清溶血素、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、淋巴细胞转化功能为指标进行免疫功能的测定。结果：苦芪甘颗粒具有促进血清溶血素生成、增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、提高淋巴细胞转化率的作用。结论：苦芪甘颗粒具有增强和调节机体免疫功能的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of Kuqigan granules on immune function in mouse.Methods:Take the hemonlysin,phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages and lymphocyte transformation as the target to determine the immunity function.Results:Kuqigan granules can impromove the production of hemonlysin,enhanced the phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages,increased the transformation of lymphocyte.Conclusion:Kuqigan granules is a medicine source to enhance and adjust the immune function of organism. |
