江苏如皋市食管癌主要发病危险因素的病例对照研究

 目的　探讨我市食管癌发病的危险因素。 方法　采用1：1配对病例对照研究筛选食管癌发病危险因素，共调查病例及对照10 0对。结果　单因素分析：食管癌家族史、血HBsAg阳性，生活在温饱线下， 长期患牙病、吸水烟、饮酒、三餐不定时，进食过快、过烫、常食腌菜、咸鱼肉、重大精神 刺激、常生闷气，O型血共14项与食癌有关。条件Logistic回归分析：食管癌家族史、血HBs Ag阳性、生活在温饱线下、进食过快、常生闷气，O型血共6项被选入。结论　 遗传因素、HBV感染、生活水平低下，进食过快、心理障碍可能是本地区食管癌发病 主要危险因素、O型血可能有保护作用

The Main Risk Factors of Esophageal Cancer in Rugao City, Jiangsu: A Case-control Study

Objective To study the risk factors of esophageal can cer in Rugao Jiangsu.Methods　A 1∶1 matched casecontrol study was condu cted to investigate the risk factors for esophageal cancer TOtally,100 matched p airs were invesrigated.Results Single-factor analysis indicate d that there were significant associations between occurrence of esophageal cancer and familial history of esophageal cancer,positive serum ,HBsAg,poverty,dentinalgi a for long period,smoking watery tobacco,alcohol drinking,taking meals at irre gu lar times,fast eating,hot food,pickled vegetables and fish or meat,being seri ous stimulation in mental,frequent sulking and blood group 0.Condition logistic r egr ession analysis showed that famililal history of esophageal cancer positive ser u m HBsAg,poverty,fast eating,frequent sulking and blood group 0 were included .Conclusion Inheritant factor,infection of HBV,poverty,fast eating,ps ych ogenic disorders may play important roles in the etiology of esophageal cancer ,blood group 0 may have protective effect on it.
