脂肪肝与血脂、血糖、肝功能等因素的Logistic分析

目的]探讨离退休教职工脂肪肝与血脂、血糖及肝功能指标等因素的关系,为脂肪肝的防治提供依据。方法]对379例离退休教职工进行脂肪肝诊断及血脂、血糖、肝功能指标检测,资料用二值非条件Logistic回归分析方法分析。结果]经二值非条件Logistic回归分析,血糖(Glu)、甘油三酯(TG)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)较高可能是脂肪肝患病的独立危险因素;高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)较低可能是脂肪肝患病的独立保护因素。结论]离退休教职工脂肪肝患病率高,其发生与高血脂、高血糖、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)等指标变化相关,须重视防治脂肪肝。

LOGISTIC REGRESSION ANALYSIS ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FATTY LIVER DISEASE AND SERUM LIPIDS, FASTING BLOOD GLUCOSE, BIOCHEMICAL INDICATORS OF LIVER FUNCTION AND OTHER FACTORS

Objective]To investigate the relationship between fatty liver disease and serum lipids,fasting blood glucose,biochemical indicators of liver function and other factors so as to supply evidences for the prevention and treatment of fatty liver disease.Methods]Fatty liver disease was diagnosed and serum lipids,fasting blood glucose,biochemical indicators of liver function were measured and analyzed among 379 teachers who had retired.All data was analyzed using binary logistic regression method.Results]High levels of GLU,TG,GGT were risk factors of fatty liver disease,but low levels of HDL-C was a protective factor.Conclusions]The prevalence rate of fatty liver disease is high in these retired teachers,and fatty liver disease is closely associated with high serum lipids,high fasting blood glucose and GGT.It is important to prevent and treat fatty liver.
