利肝宁对实验性肝纤维化大鼠血清蛋白含量的影响

目的：观察利肝宁对猪血清诱发的大鼠肝纤维化模型血清蛋白含量的影响。方法：实验共分8组，正常对照组、病理模型组、鳖甲煎丸预防组、鳖甲煎丸治疗组、秋水仙碱治疗组、利肝宁低剂量治疗组、利肝宁预防组、利肝宁高剂量治疗组。结果：病理模型组血清白蛋白含量明显减少，A／G比值下降，预防组与治疗各组均有不同程度的恢复，利肝宁高剂量治疗组、利肝宁预防组的A／G比值达到正常标准。结论：利肝宁能明显促进免疫性肝损伤大鼠的白蛋白合成，并能提高血清白蛋白含量，恢复A／G比值，且有明显的量效关系。

Efficacy of Liganning on Serum Protein Content of Rats with Experimental Fibrosis of Liver

Objective: To observe the efficacy of Liganning on serum protein content of rats with fibrosis of liver induced by porcine serum. Method: Rats were divided into eight groups, viz, pathologic model group; Biejia Jianwan prevention group; Biejia Jianwan treatment group; colchicine group; Liganning small dose group; Liganning prevention group; Liganning large dose group. Result: The serum protein and A/G ratio in the pathologic model group markedly decreased, while those in the prevention group and each treatment group restored to different degrees, and the A/G ratio in the Liganning large dose group and Liganning prevention group returned to normal. Conclnsion: Liganning can markedly improve albumin synthesis of rats with immune hepatic injury, increase serum protein content, restore A/G ratio, and has an obvious dose-effect relationship.
