摘    要:目的研究曲霉菌2101发酵液中上调高密度脂蛋白受体表达的活性成分。方法利用大孔吸附树脂对发酵液中活性成分进行吸附和分步洗脱,用制备高效液相色谱进行精制,紫外、红外、高分辨质谱和核磁共振进行波谱分析。结果分离得到一个纯化合物2101C。结论经波谱分析,2101C为一新结构的化合物脱氧新羟曲霉酸。

Abstract:Objective To study the active high density lipoprotein(HDL) receptor expression upregulator from the fermentation broth of Aspergillus sp.2101.Method Active components were absorbed by macroporous absorption resin and eluted by acetone aqueous solution.Purified components were isolated by preparative HPLC and elucidated by spectral analysis.Result One pure component 2101C was isolated.Conclusion 2101C was identified as a new aspergillic acid derivative named as desoxyneohydroxyaspergillic acid.
