| Abstract: | Advances in molecular biology have led to an explosion in the number of potential cancer targets and a rich pipeline of anticancer drugs.In contrast to conventional cytotoxic chemotherapy,these agents possess specific anticancer effects and less toxicity.So,the recent years abroad on cell signal transduction of drugs,intracellular signaling kinases drugs,tumor vasculature drugs and epigenetic modulators drug literature were retrospectively reviewed,some hot cancer targets were collected and some possible future drugs which will conducted early clinical trials were introduced,hoping to provide some help for the clinical therapy of tumor. |
