| Abstract: | Objective:To approach the clinical diagnosis and the treatment feature of the pediatric patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of pediatric craniocerebral injury was carried out from March 2006-May to 2011 in our hospital.Results:30 of 60 cases were conducted non-operative treatment,30 of 60 were operated on,2 cases of which died of high continuous intracranial pressure after 2 days operation,others of which were followed up one year based on the Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)standard.As a result 40 cases were cured(66.6%),9 cases were light disability(15%),6 cases were severe disability(10%),3 cases died(5%).Conclusion:Clinical manifestations of pediatric craniocerebral injury are complex and complicated,the condition changes quickly,the incidence of complications is high,but if the management is prompt,the effective recovery treatment after the stable condition,they are liable to recover. |
