| 摘 要： | 目的:观察灯盏花素注射液治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎的疗效.方法:患儿随机分为2组:对照组患儿接受常规西医治疗；实验组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上,加用灯盏花素注射液.14 d为1疗程.疗程结束后判断疗效并于治疗前后检测肾功能、血液流变学等指标.结果:实验组疗效、肾功能、血液流变学指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05...

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of breviscapine injection on children's purpura nephritis.Methods:Children who were diagnosed as purpura nephritis were randomly divided into two groups.Children in the control group only received conventional western medicine treatment,while children in the treatment group additionally received breviscapine injection on the basis of the routine treatment.A course of treatment contained fourteen days.The curative effects were judged and renal function,hemorrheology were detected.Results:The curative effect,renal function and hemorrheology in the treatment group obviously surpassed those of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Breviscapine injection displayed significant effect in treating purpura nephritis and markedly improved children's renal function and hemorrheology. |
