经腹小切口全子宫切除术的临床应用

目的:探讨经腹小切口全子宫切除的临床疗效.方法:回顾性分析67例经腹小切口全子宫切除术患者临床效果.结果:所有患者术后恢复良好,平均手术及术后住院时间小于常规开腹手术,所有患者无严重并发症发生,皮肤切口皮内缝合小而美观.结论:经腹小切口全子宫切除术具有损伤性小、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点,值得广泛开展.

Clinical Application Small Incision Through the Abdominal Hysterectomy

Objective： To study the clinical effect of hysterectomy by lower abdominal transverse incision on uterine. Methods： Retrospective analysis the clincal effect of the complete hysterectonay 67 patients with minimally abdominal incision. Results：All the patients recovered well after surgery and the average time of surgery and hospital stay was less than conventional laparotomy,all the patients without serious complications, the suture of skin incision is small and beautiful. Conelusion：Small incision through the abdominal hysterectomy has the advantages of traumatic small,postoperative reactions and less complications,it is worth using extensively.
