摘    要:真核生物中 ,双链RNA(double_strandedRNA ,dsRNA)诱导产生特异性基因沉默 (genesilencing)的机制 ,被称为dsRNA介导的基因阻抑 (dsRNA_mediatedinterference ,RNAi) ,简称RNA阻抑。RNAi现在被认为是真核生物对病毒、转基因和转座因子 (transposableelements)的防御机制。本文回顾了RNAi的研究历程 ,并介绍了RNAi的机制假说及其在技术应用方面的进展

Abstract:The mechanism through which specific gene silencing is induced by double_stranded (dsRNA)in eukaryotes is called dsRNA mediated interference (RNAi). Now RNAi has been thought to be a defensive system against viruses, transgenes and transposable elements. Here we review the history of RNAi studies, describe a model for RNAi and introduce the development of the technique based on RNAi.
