| Abstract: | Tumor is one of the main diseases threatening human health.Tumor patients are first diagnosed in different clinical departments because of their different symptoms.In order to make more tumor patients get timely diagnosis and treatment,reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,oncology has gradually been included in the standardized training of medical residents,but the rotation time is generally shorter,so it is very important to improve the quality of teaching.Based on the experience of PBL teaching method in the standardized training of residents in our hospital,this paper makes a preliminary exploration on how to improve the training efficiency of rotating residents in oncology department. |
