北京120转运首都机场入境4476例新型冠状病毒肺炎相关入境人员分析

目的通过对院前转运机场入境新型冠状病毒肺炎相关入境人员进行分析,为传染病疫情的急救转运提供参考,并指导今后疫情相关急救转运工作。方法对北京急救中心2020年3月8日—3月31日期间转送的4476例北京首都国际机场新型冠状病毒肺炎相关入境人员进行分析,收集相关信息,包括转运人员年龄、性别、国籍、症状病史及确诊情况。结果本研究人群男女比例为1:1.15,平均年龄为(26.3±10.2)岁,青年(18~45岁)为主要转运人群。转运入境人员最多的始发地国家为英国,最多的目的地城市是北京。其中干咳是该人群最多的症状。3月21日急救车转运入境人员人数最多,为546人,该时间段转运人员最终确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎病例共计114例。结论通过对传染病转运相关工作经验的积累,建立应对疫情等突发事件的医疗急救转运体系尤为重要。

Analysis of 4476 COVID-19 related pensonnel on capital airport transferred by Beijing emergency medical center

0bjective The corona virus disease-19(COVID-19)relateld cases in out-of-hospital transfer airport were analyzed toprovide reference for transport of emergency infectious diseases and guide the transport in the future.Methods 4476COVID-19cases in Beijing Capital International Airport were analyzed during March 8,2020 to March 31st,2020.The relevant information wascollected,including age,gender,nationality,symptom history and diagnosis.Results The ratio of male to female was l:1.15,the average age was(26.3 nationality,symptom history and diagnosis-45 years old)were the main transport population.The country of ori-gin with the largest number of transport population is the United Kingdom,and the city of destination is Beijing.Dry cough is themost common symptom in this population.The maximum number of people transferred by ambulance was 546 in March 21st.The to-tal number of COVID-19 cases was 114 in this period.Conclusion lt is very important to establish a medical emergency transportsystem to deal with emergencies such as epidemic situation through the accumulation of work experience related to the transport ofinfectious diseases.
