| 摘 要： | 目的:分析闭合复位经皮空心螺钉内固定对旋后-外旋型踝关节骨折患者术后恢复的影响。方法:选取我院55例旋后-外旋型踝关节骨折患者,随机分为观察组28例、对照组27例,分别予以闭合复位经皮空心螺钉内固定、常规切开内固定,观察治疗效果。结果:术后3、6个月观察组AOFAS评分显著高于对照组,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量等术中情况以及住院时间、骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间等术后情况与对照组比较,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论:在旋后-外旋型踝关节骨折患者予以闭合复位经皮空心螺钉内固定治疗,术中出血量较少,手术时间较短,有利于提升患者踝关节功能,促使患者更快康复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the effect of closed reduction and percutaneous cannulated screw internal fixation on the postoperative recovery of patients with supinator lateral rotation ankle fracture.Methods:55 cases of supinator external rotation ankle fracture were randomly divided into experimental group(28 cases)and control group(27 cases).Results:The AOFAS score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 3 and 6 months postoperatively(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Closed reduction and percutaneous cannulated screw internal fixation can improve the ankle function of patients with supinator external rotation ankle fracture,which can reduce the amount of bleeding and shorten the operation time. |
