灾难医学救援体系中引入国际标准培训项目的实践与思考

目的借鉴美国及美军成熟院前急救和战术战伤救治培训流程方法,探索适合我国国情的军民融合灾难医学培训体系。方法通过前期引进美国急救医技协会(national association of emergency medical technicians,NAEMT)院前创伤生命支持(pre-hospital trauma life support,PHTLS)、战术战伤救治(tactical combat casualtycare,TCCC)等国际标准化培训项目,将其具体方法流程融入灾难医学培训实践,以灾难、事故现场等批量伤员出现为培训背景设定,考核受训人员的培训效果。结果将国际标准化PHTLS和TCCC课程运用于灾难医学救援人员训练,得到学员积极反馈,收到了良好的培训效果。结论可将近期引进的国际标准培训项目引入我国灾难医学救援培训体系,使现有培训体系更加标准、快捷、有效。

Practice and Observation of Introducing Standardized'Training Pro-grams into Disaster Medicine Rescue System

Objective to explore a military and civilian integrated disaster medical training system suitable for China's national conditions.Methods By the introduction of pre-hospital Trauma Life Support(PHTLS),Tactical Combat Casu-alty Care(TCCC)and other international standardized training programs of National Association of Emergency MedicalTechnicians(NAEMT),the specific methods and procedures are integrated into the training practice of disaster medi-cine.In the disaster and accident scene wherea batch of casualties were treated,the training effect was evaluated.Re-sults The international standard courses were applied to the training of disaster medical rescue personnel,and the posi-tive feedback was obtained.Conclusion The international standard training programs can be introduced into China's disaster medical rescue training system to make the existing training system more standard,fast and effective.
