“津门华佗”高思敬与中医外科心得派学术思想相关性探讨

通过对津沽疮疡学术流派创始人高思敬与以高秉钧为代表的心得派学术思想进行相关性探讨,发现在清末外科学术思想活跃、学术流派纷起之时,位于中国北方地区的著名外科医家高思敬与心得派创始人高秉钧在人文历史地理背景方面较为相近,前者对于后者学术思想有着超乎寻常的倾慕与效仿。二者在对疔疮、流注等外科疾病的辨证、治法及刀针应用等多方面具有一定的相似性,且高思敬在高秉钧学术思想的基础上又进行了延伸与创新。高思敬与高秉钧之间学术思想存在一定延续性,不除外高思敬间接私淑高秉钧学术思想可能。

Correlation of Academic Thoughts between "Jinmen HUA Tuo" GAO Si-jing and "Xinde" School in Sugery of Traditional Chinese Medicine

This paper discusses the relationship between GAO Si-jing, the founder of the Jin-Gu sore and ulc er academic school in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, and GAO Bing-jun, th e representative of the three major schools of surgery in Ming and Qing Dynasties. The study found that in the late Qing Dynasty, the academic thinking of surgery is active and academic schools are starting to increase,GAO Si-jing, a famous surgeon which located in northern China, was familiar with GAO Bing-jun in human history and geography background. Through consulting the classics, we can see that the former has extraordinary admiration and imitation for the latter academic thought. The study found that they are similar in many aspects such as syndrome differentiation and treatment in urgical diseases like Dingchuang, Liuzhu, and the application of knife and needle. Furthermore, GAO Si-jing has carried on the direct extension and innovation on the basis of GAO Bing-jun’s academic thought. Thus it may be known, there is a certain continuity in academic thinking between them, and there is some possibility that GAO Si-jing may study personally under master indirectly from GAO Bing-jun. This is of certain reference value to further explore the academic inheritance of "Xinde" School in sugery of TCM.
