益气化瘀法联合针灸对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡与功能性步行能力及生活质量的影响

摘    要:目的分析脑卒中偏瘫患者应用针灸联合益气化瘀法对生活质量、平衡与功能性步行能力的影响。方法于2019年5月~2020年2月,选取脑卒中偏瘫患者80例,根据其就诊单双号分组,单号40例为常规组,双号40例为试验组。常规组应用常规康复训练,基于此试验组应用针灸联合益气化瘀法治疗。比较两组肌力与平衡(BBS)评分、中医证候积分等变化、生活质量评分、功能性步行能力(FAS)分级等情况。结果两组治疗后肌力与BBS评分、中医证候积分、生活质量评分、FAS分级对比,试验组均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者应用针灸联合益气化瘀法治疗的效果显著,可改善患者功能性步行能力、肌力、平衡力及生活质量。

Effect of Yiqi Huayu method combined with acupuncture on balance,functional walking ability and quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia

Abstract:Objective To analyze the influence of Yiqi Huayu method combined with acupuncture on the quality of life,balance and functional walking ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods from May 2019 to February 2020,80 stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected.According to the double number group,40 patients with single number as the regular group and 40 patients with double number as the experimental group.The regular group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and on the basis of regular group,the experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with Yiqi Huayu method.The changes of BBS score,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score and FAS grade were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with BBS score and TCM syndrome score,the muscle strength,the quality of life scores and Fas grades of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the regular group(P<0.05),Conclusion The effect of acupuncture combined with Yiqi Huayu method on stroke patients with hemiplegia is significant,which can not only improve their functional walking ability,muscle strength and balance,but also improve their quality of life.
