Clinical study of low-dose chest CT plain scan in screening early lung cancer

Objective:To explore the application effect and value of low-dose CT(LDCT)chest plain scan in screening early lung cancer in physical examination.Methods:1100 cases of low-dose chest CT and 750 cases of chest X-ray irradiation were collected from January to December 2018 in our hospital.Results:Compared with chest X-ray,low-dose chest CT showed that the proportion of pulmonary nodule focus,positive pulmonary nodule and diagnosed lung cancer was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the low-dose CT group,the proportion of patients with lung adenocarcinoma was 90%,accounts for 40%in women,60%in men,60%in patients over 50 years old and 42.5%of them were positive for driving gene.Conclusion:Compared with chest radiograph,low-dose CT has a high detection rate of malignant tumor,which is an early screening method for lung cancer.
