盆腔脓肿患者抗感染治疗后腹腔镜手术时机的选择

目的探讨盆腔脓肿患者接受抗感染治疗后不同时间接受腹腔镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年5月~2020年2月收治盆腔脓肿患者65例进行研究,随机分为两组,两组患者同时接受抗感染治疗,观察组患者于抗感染治疗后3 d进行腹腔镜手术,对照组患者于抗感染治疗后7 d进行腹腔镜手术,记录两组患者临床相关指标,分析差异性,同时观察且统计两组患者远期临床疗效。结果观察组患者手术总用时(50.14±4.97)min、白细胞降低时间(2.59±0.12)d、住院总时间(8.13±1.44)d均明显短于对照组,同时术中出血量(80.82±11.06)ml相较对照组少(P <0.05)。观察组患者盆腔炎复发率、痛经发生率、慢性盆腔痛发生率、月经紊乱发生率均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论盆腔脓肿患者接受抗感染治疗后3 d实施腹腔镜手术治疗效果确切。

The timing of laparoscopic surgery in patients with pelvic abscess after anti-infection treatment

Objective To investigate the effect of different timing of laparoscopic surgery in patients with pelvic abscess after anti-infection treatment.Methods From May 2018 to February 2020,65 patients with pelvic abscess admitted to our hospital were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the two groups received anti-infective treatment at the same time.Patients in the observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery 3 days after anti-infective treatment.Patients in the control group underwent laparoscopic surgery 7 days after anti-infection treatment.The clinical indicators of the two groups were recorded,the differences were analyzed,and the long-term clinical effects of the two groups were observed and counted.Results The total operation time of the observation group was(50.14±4.97)min,the white blood cell reduction time(2.59±0.12)d,and the total hospitalization time(8.13±1.44)d were significantly shorter than those in the control group.At the same time,the intraoperative blood loss was(80.82±11.06)ml Compared with the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of pelvic inflammatory disease,the incidence of dysmenorrhea,the incidence of chronic pelvic pain,and the incidence of menstrual disorders in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with pelvic abscess received anti-infective treatment after 3 days of laparoscopic surgery,which has a definite effect.
