| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the feasibility of ultrasound-guided nerve block anesthesia for the treatment of clavicle fractures.Methods:A total of 100 patients with clavicle fractures were selected.They were all treated in orthopedic surgery from October 2018 to October 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.(N=50)Ultrasound-guided nerve block.Time to onset,complete block tim e,postoperative recovery time,anesthesia effect,and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results:The anesthesia effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The onset time,complete block tim e,postoperative recovery tim e,and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided nerve block anesthesia for clavicle fractures is safer and can achieve better anesthesia effects. |
