Application of VSD Negative Pressure Drainage in the Repair of Chronic Wound or Wound Surface

Objective:To explore the application of VSD negative pressure drainage in the repair of chronic wounds or wound surfaces.Methods:A total of 106 patients with chronic wound and wound repair admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to March 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional dressing change method,and the study group was treated with VSD negative pressure drainage.The chronic wound or wound surface repair,VSD use tim e,healing time,cleaning time were compared between the two groups.Results:Chronic wound repair in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The use time,healing time and cleaning time of VSD in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In chronic wound or wound repair,VSD negative pressure drainage treatment effect is ideal,to help chronic wound or wound repair as soon as possible recovery,clinical should be further promoted and applied.
