| Abstract: | Active targeting drug delivery systems are becoming a hot spot in pharmaceutical research.It can selectively deliver drugs to targeting sites,decrease toxicity to normal tissue or cells,reduce the dosage and frequency of administration,and improve the drug bioavailability.Through searching and summarizing relevant literatures on liver active targeting drug delivery systems in the past five years,this paper reviewed the preparation process,characterization and targeting evaluation of active targeting liver drug delivery systems from three aspects:hepatic parenchymal cells targeting,hepatic non-parenchymal cells targeting,and liver tumor cells targeting.Its prospect and problems are also discussed. |
