| Abstract: | With the improvement of people’s living standard,a new requirement has been put forward for the quality and level of medical service,especially for nursing work.For the improvement of nursing staff’s quality,the most critical point is the internship link,which is to transform the theoretical knowledge into professional skills.One of the methods currently used in the link of practice is practice teaching.This paper starts with the problems and design of practice teaching in the nursing practice of thoracic surgery,and puts forward corresponding solutions,in order to provide corresponding help for the promotion and use of practice teaching in the future. |
