Discussion on the Role of Self-composed and Self-directed SSP in Clinical Probation in Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Medical record writing is a skill that interns must master.The author found that there are some problems in the medical records of interns,such as the content of four diagnoses is not perfect,the characteristics of cases are not prominent,the syndrome differentiation is not standardized,the treatment method is not unified,and the communication between doctors and patients is not in place.The self-composed and self-directed SSP was found in the internal medicine of TCM.This teaching mode can not only improve the students’collection of four diagnosis information,but also improve ability to refine case characteristics.In order to solve the above problems,we should improve the ability of understanding of the disease,master the syndrome differentiation and treatment,strengthen the ability of clinical response and communication between doctors and patients.
