胃脘痛是临床常见疾病,当代中医宏观辨证结合消化内镜下微观辨病,在诊断、治疗方面愈加成熟与完善,本文从“辨寒热虚实”“辨在气在血”“治疗重在调畅气机”“临床辨证分型”及“验案举例”等方面阐述张永康主任治疗胃脘痛的辨证思维方法及临床用药体会、药后调护等,旨在继承与发扬名老中医专家学术经验,为中医临床工作者提供学术指导。

Analysis on the Experience of Director Zhang Yongkang in the Treatment of Epigastric Pain Bsed on Syndrome Differentiation

Director Zhang Yongkang is the guidance teacher of inheriting the academic experience of national famous old experts of traditional Chinese medicine.He is good at the dialectical treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.This paper expounds the dialectical thinking method for the treatment of epigastronalgia and its clinical medication experience and post-medication nursing from the aspects of“distinguishing cold,heat,deficiency and actual conditions”,“distinguishing qi from actual conditions”,“treating qi with emphasis on regulating qi mechanism”,“clinical dialectical classification”and“case examples”,aiming to inherit and carry forward the academic experience of famous old TCM experts and provide academic guidance for TCM clinical workers.
