闭合性四肢骨折的中医治疗与护理

目的:探讨中药制剂续参接骨胶囊治疗闭合性四肢骨折的临床疗效与护理满意度。方法:选取我院于2016年2月-2017年8月收治的闭合性四肢骨折的患者180例作为本次研究对象,将之分为观察组与对照组,2组各有90例,对照组患者给予伤科接骨片口服治疗,予以常规基础骨折护理;观察组患者给予续参接骨胶囊口服治疗,予以中医护理干预。治疗6周后统计分析2组临床治疗效果及护理满意度。结果:治疗6周后观察组与对照组临床疗效分别为95.6%和88.9%;护理满意度分别为97.7%和86.7%,P<0.05。结论:闭合性四肢骨折患者通过续参接骨胶囊治疗及实施中医护理干预后,能明显减轻疼痛和肿胀,可有效促进骨折愈合,显著改善伤肢关节功能,值得临床借鉴应用。

TCM Treatment and Nursing of Closed Limb Fracture

Objctive:To explore the elinical ffet and nursing satisfaction of the treatment of closed limb fracture with xushenjiegu capsule.Methods:180 patients with closed limb fracture adnmitted in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into treatment group and control group,90 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given oral treatment of Shangke Jiegu Tablet and routine basic fracture nursing;patients in the treatment group were given oral treatment of Xushen Jiegu capsule and traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.After 6 weeks of treatment,the elinical ffeet and nursing sat-isfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Result:after 6 weeks of treatment,the clinical ffect of the treatment group and the control group was 95.6%and 88.9%respectively,and the satisfaction of nursing was 97.7%and 86.7%respectively,P<0.05.Con-clusion:After the treatment and the implementation of TCM nursing intervention,the patients with closed limb fracture can obviously re-duce the pain and swelling,ffectively promote the fracture healing,significantly improve the function of the injured limb and joint,which is worthy of elinical reference.
