恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊(片)治疗肝硬化的效果分析

目的对比分析恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊(片)与单用恩替卡韦治疗肝硬化的临床效果。方法选取2018年5月~2019年5月收治的肝硬化患者60例,根据就医时间将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组患者单用恩替卡韦治疗,研究组患者接受恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊(片)治疗,分别对比两组患者治疗前后的肝功能水平、肝纤维化水平以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶等肝功能水平均低于对照组,肝纤维化指标均低于对照组,研究组肝硬化患者的临床疗效高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单用恩替卡韦治疗相比,恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊(片)治疗肝硬化,有助于提升患者的肝功能,纠正肝纤维化程度,同时还能有效改善临床疗效。

Analysis of the efficacy of entecavir combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule(tablet)in the treatment of liver cirrhosis

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of entecavir combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule(tablet)and entecavir alone in the treatment of liver cirrhosis.Methods Sixty patients with liver cirrhosis who were treated in hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the time of medical treatment.Patients in the control group were treated with entecavir alone.Patients in the study group were treated with entecavir combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule(tablet).The liver function level,liver fibrosis level,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of liver function such as aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of liver fibrosis were significantly less than those in the control group,the clinical efficacy of liver cirrhosis patients in the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with entecavir alone,entecavir combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule(tablet)in the treatment of liver cirrhosis is helpful to improve liver function,correct the degree of liver fibrosis,and effectively improve the clinical efficacy.
