黑色素瘤缺乏因子2和赖氨酰氧化酶在结直肠癌组织中的表达及与预后的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨结直肠癌组织中黑色素瘤缺乏因子2(AIM2)和赖氨酰氧化酶(LOX)表达与临床病理参数及预后的关系。方法:对2010年10月—2014年2月收治的98例结直肠癌患者进行研究,检测结直肠癌组织及癌旁组织中AIM2和LOX的表达,分析AIM2和LOX表达与临床病理参数的相关性,Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析不同AIM2、LOX表达患者总生存率的差异,Cox比例风险回归模型分析结直肠癌患者预后的影响因素。结果:与癌旁组织相比,结直肠癌组织中AIM2表达下调,而LOX表达上调(P<0.05)。AIM2表达与TNM分期和肿瘤分化程度相关(P<0.05),而LOX表达与肿瘤浸润深度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。AIM2阳性患者的生存率明显高于AIM2阴性患者(P<0.05),而LOX阳性患者的生存率明显低于LOX阴性患者(P<0.05)。Cox比例风险回归分析结果显示,TNM分期、AIM2和LOX表达是结直肠癌患者预后的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌组织中AIM2表达下调而LOX表达上调,并与结直肠癌的进展和患者的预后有关,检测AIM2、LOX有助于患者的预后评估。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between expression of absent in melanoma 2(AIM2)and lysyl oxidase(LOX)and clinicopathological parameters and prognosis in colorectal cancer tissues.Methods:A clinical study was conducted on 98 patients with colorectal cancer who were treated from October 2010 to February 2014.The expressions of AIM2 and LOX in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were detected,and the correlation between the expression of AIM2 and LOX and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.Total Survival rate in patients with different expressions of AIM2 and LOX were analyzed by Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis.Cox proportional risk regression analysis was performed for the prognostic factors in patients with colorectal cancer.Results:Compared with paracancer tissues,the expression of AIM2 was down-regulated in colorectal cancer tissues,while the expression of LOX was up-regulated(P<0.05).The expression of AIM2 was correlated with TNM stage and tumor differentiation(P<0.05),while the expression of LOX was correlated with tumor invasion depth,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The survival rate of AIM2 positive patients was significantly higher than that of AIM2 negative patients,while the survival rate of LOX positive patients was significantly lower than that of LOX negative patients(P<0.05).Cox proportional risk regression analysis showed that TNM staging,the expressions of AIM2 and LOX were the prognostic factors in patients with colorectal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of AIM2 is down-regulated,and the expressions of LOX is up-regulated in colorectal cancer tissues,which is related to the progression of colorectal cancer and the prognosis of patients.Detection of AIM2 and LOX are helpful for the prognosis evaluation of patients.
