微创手术治疗颃脑损伤临床效果分析

目的:探讨微创手术治疗颅脑损伤临床效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年2月我院收治的颅脑损伤患者92例,应用随机数字表法将其分为2组,对照组应用开颅手术治疗,观察组应用微创手术治疗。比对患者治疗效果、术中出血量和住院时间。结果:观察组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出血量低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用微创手术治疗颅脑损伤疗效确切,创伤较小,出血量低,住院时间短,有利于患者术后康复,值得临床上大力推广应用。

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Surgery on Craniocerebral Injury

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of craniocerebral injury.Methods:92 cases of craniocerebral injury patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into two groups using random number table method,the control group was treated with craniotomy,and the research group was treated with minimally invasive surgery.The therapeutic effect,intraoperative blood loss and length of stay were compared.Result:the curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of blood loss in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgery is effective in the treatment of craniocerebral injury,with small trauma,low blood loss and short hospital stay.
