信息化心脏康复教育对心脏瓣膜置换患者的影响

目的探讨信息化心脏康复教育在心脏瓣膜置换患者中的应用效果。方法将120名行心脏瓣膜置换手术的患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组常规健康教育,观察组进行信息化心脏康复教育,比较两组患者生活质量、用药依从性及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的生活质量评分、用药依从性均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或p<0.01)。结论信息化的心脏康复教育运用于心脏瓣膜置换患者中,可以使患者更加配合康复指导,从而降低术后并发症的发生率,改善患者身心状况,提高其生活质量。

Effect of information-based Cardiac Rehabilitation Education on patients with Cardiac Valve replacement

Objective To explore the effect of information-based Cardiac Rehabilitation Education in patients withcardiac valve replacement.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement were divided in-to control group and observation group,the control group received routine health education,and the observationgroup received information-based Cardiac Rehabilitation Education,the quality of life,medication compliance andcomplication rale were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life score and compliance of theobservation group were higher than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of thecontrol group.Conclusion'The application of information-based Cardiac Rehabilitation Education in patients withcardiac valve replacement can make patients cooperate with rehabilitation guidance more,so as to reduce the inci-dence of postoperative complications,improve patients'physical and mental conditions,and improve their qualityof life.
