Comparison research of urine leakage point pressure in female stress urinary incontinence at different bladder volumes

Objective To investigate the difference of pressure of urine leakage point in female patients with stress incontinence at different perfusion volumes.Methods Retrospective analysis of 12 female patients with stress incontinence treated in our hospital from 2016 to 2019,during the preoperative urodynamic examination,200,250,300 and 350 mL bladder perfusion were performed respectively.Abdominal leak point pressures and cough leak point pressures were measured in different hladder volumes.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the lower abdominal pressure and cough urine leakage point pressure of different bladder volumes.Conclusions When preoperative urodynamic examination is performed on patients.If the bladder is perfusion of 200 mL,and there is no urine leakage.Bladder volume may continue to increase until urine leakage.
