Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of probiotics in the treatment of infant eczema.Methods Selection in April 2019 to August 2020 in our clinic diagnosis and treatment of 40 cases of children with infant eczema as the research object,according to the different methods divided to two groups.The control group only accept children outside the Chinese medicine decoction treatment,the treatment group receive probiotics(bifidobacterium triple viable capsules)treatment on the basis of the control group,to compare and analyze the treatment effect in two groups of children.Results After treatment,EASI score and itch score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of infant eczema,the application of probiotics can effectively control the disease,reduce the clinical symptoms,have a higher safety,can avoid the recurrence of the disease.
