人参化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘    要:总结归纳人参的化学成分和主要的药理作用,挖掘其潜在的价值,以期为人参在新药研发和临床应用上提供参考。认为人参具有大补元气、补脾益肺、生津、安神益智的功效,多糖、皂苷、挥发油、微量元素、有机酸、蛋白质等为其主要化学成分,对中枢神经系统、心血管系统等疾病治疗作用明显,具有增强学习记忆能力,强心、抗休克,抗心肌缺血,增强免疫功能,延缓衰老,改善睡眠等药理作用。

Research Progress in Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Action of Renshen(Ginseng)

Abstract:The chemical constituents and main pharmacological effects of Renshen(Ginseng) were summarized,and its potential value was explored, so as to provide reference for the development of new drugs and clinical application of Renshen(Ginseng). Renshen(Ginseng) has the effects of tonifying vital Qi, tonifying spleen and lung, generating body fluid, calming mind and improving intelligence. The main chemical composition, including polysaccharides, saponins, volatile oil, trace elements, organic acid, protein and so on, has significant therapeutic effect on central nervous system diseases, cardiovascular system diseases and other diseases. It has pharmacological effects such as enhancing learning and memory ability, strengthening heart, a resistance to shock, anti-myocardial ischemia, enhancing immune function, anti-aging, improving sleep and so on.
