Clinical Study on Yangxue Runfu Decoction in the Treatment of Blood Deficiency and Wind Dryness Type Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To observe the curative effect of Yangxue Runfu decoction in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness type psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Sixty patients with blood deficiency and wind dryness type Psoriasis vulgaris were divided into treatment group and comparative group with the method of random number table.The number of cases in each group was equal,both had 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Yangxue Runfu decoction and the comparative group was treated with Cetirizine hydrochloride oral solution.Both groups were treated with Yuze barrier repair body milk.The curative effects,Psoriatic lesion area and severity index(PASI),dermatology life quality index(DLQI),TCM syndrome score,degree of itch relief and effective and adverse reactions were recorded.Results After treatment,the PASI score DLQI score and the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were better than those in the comparative group,with statistically significant(P<0.01).The degree of itch relief was assessed by visual simulation score and 5-d itch scale,without statistically significant(P>0.05).The recovery rate(82.33%)in the treatment group was higher than that in the comparative group(53.33%),and there had statistically significant(0.01
