大鼠前肢食物小球抓取动作评分的改进和应用

摘    要:目的 改进大鼠前肢食物小球抓取动作的评分标准。方法 将大鼠前肢抓取动作录像,并输入计算机将其分解为6个分解动作,按动作的异常程度给予0~3分;同时按大鼠连续10次抓取动作所需时间长短给予0-2分,并计入总分。观察单纯致伤皮质脊髓背侧束(dCST)或联合致伤红核脊髓束(RSI)后,大鼠前肢功能评分变化情况。结果 改进后的评分标准能较精确地反映不同损伤情况下以及功能代偿后,大鼠前肢功能的变化情况。结论 改进后的评分标准能较精确地反映RST和CST的功能状况。

Abstract:Objective To modify the evaluation standard of forelimb food pellet retrieval task in rats. Methods The whole process of the retrieval task of rat was videotaped and transferred into computer and was then broken down into 6 components,each of which was scored 0 to 3,according to its abnormality. The time needed to complete 10 successive retrieval tasks was recorded and scored 0 to 2 then was added to the total score. After single injury of dorsal corticospinal tract (dCST) or combined injury of dCST and rubrospinal tract (RST),the modified evaluation standard was employed to assess the forelimb performance of rat.?Results The modified evaluation standard could reflect the forelimb performance of rat after single injury of dCST or combined injury of dCST and RST and after compensatory functional recovery. Conclusion?The modified evaluation standard can reflect the function of RST and CST precisely.
