| 摘 要： | 目的探讨钛板坚固内固定对治疗颌骨骨折的作用。方法采用钛板坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折。结果36例患者用钛板坚固内固定治疗 ,术后随访3月～3年 ,疗效满意。结论坚固内固定是颌骨骨折治疗的一项革命性技术 ,钛板是目前治疗颌骨骨折较好的内固定物。

| Abstract: | Objective To treat senile jaw fractures with surgical intervention to decrease complication,and as soon as possible to rehabilitate oral_maxiclary functions. Methods 36 patients with jaw fractures were treated surgically by use of rigid internal fixation with titanic plate. Results The patients were followed up from three months to three years.Postoperative outcome was satisfactory. Conclusion Rigid internal fixation in treating jaw fracture is a revolution technique, and titanic plate is the optimal implant for treament of jaw fracture at present. |
