| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻咽癌放射治疗后放射性脑损伤的防治。方法:回顾分析放射性脑损伤4例,探讨其临床特点、诊断方法及防治。结果:1例脑干损伤经多方治疗不可逆转,在出现神经症状6个月后全身衰竭死亡。无瘤生存3例,生存时间48~60个月,生活自理。结论:放射性脑损伤是鼻咽癌放射治疗后长期生存者常见的并发症,治疗效果不理想,疗效难以评定,主要在于预防,预防的关键在于合理的设野。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the prevention and treatment of radiation brain damage of cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy.Methods:To analyze the clinical data of 4 cases with radiation brain damageis.Results: One case died of exhaustion,Three cases survive without tumor and the survival period was 48 to 60 months.Conclusion: Radiation brain damage is the common complication of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy,who can suvive for long time,the effect of treatment isn't ideal,It is difficult to evaluate the effect,The key of prevention is how to design the radiation fields. |
