乙型肝炎患者血清前S1抗原和HBV-DNA检测及临床意义

目的　探讨反映乙肝病毒复制的 3种标志间的相互关系。方法　采用ELISA法及定量PCR法分别检测 1 3 5例HBsAg阳性乙肝患者血清前S1抗原、HBV DNA含量。结果　乙肝患者不同血清学模式中以HBeAg阳性样本的前S1抗原、HBV DNA阳性检出率最高 ,分别为 82 .86%和 94.2 9%。且后二者间有较好的相关性 (相关系数R =0 .5 63 )。在HBeAg、HBeAb均为阴性的标本中前S1抗原、HBV DNA的检出率分别为 1 4.81 %和 2 2 .2 2 %。结论　在反映乙肝病毒体内复制状况 ,辅助临床了解病毒在体内发生、发展及转归过程的 3种方法中 ,单独检测乙肝五项标志已显不足。联合检测前S1抗原、HBV DNA有助于对病情做出正确判断

Clinical Significance of Pre-S1 Antigen and HBV-DNA Detection of Serum in Hepatitis B Patients

Objective To explore the interrelations reflected among the three markers of hepatitis B viral copying. Methods ELISA and quantitative PCR were used to detect the serum pre-S1 antigen and the contents of HBV-DNA of 135 patients with HBsAg positive. Result The positive rates of detection of the pre-S1 antigen and HBV-DNA were highest in HBeAg's positive specimen in the different serology models of hepatitis B patients (82.86% and 94.29%), and there was a better correlation between the two(correlation coefficient:R= 0.563). The rates of detection of pre-S1 antigen and HBV-DNA in the HBeAg and HBeAb's negative specimens were 14 81% and 22 22% respectively. Conclusion The sole detecting of the 5 items of hepatitis B is not sufficient in reflecting the copying situation of hepatitis B virus in the body of patients as well as aiding understanding clinically virus' courses of producing, developing and restoring in patients' bodies by three above methods. Detecting jointly pre-S1 antigen or HBV-DNA will be helpful to make a correct judgement on the state of an illness.
