| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨卡托普利对日本大耳白兔动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法 将纯种日本大耳白兔随机分成对照组、胆固醇组、卡托普利组加胆固醇组 (简称卡托普利组 ) ,建立家兔动脉粥样硬化模型 ,观察各组家兔血脂水平及动脉的病理学改变。结果 (1)与对照组比较 ,胆固醇组血脂水平显著升高。 (2 )与胆固醇组比较 ,卡托普利组血脂水平无显著性升高 ,但病理形态学发现 ,该组主动脉斑块面积比明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ,泡膜细胞层明显减少。结论 卡托普利能有效防止日本大耳白兔动脉粥样硬化形成和发展

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of captopril on atherosclerosis in rabbits. Methods 31 male Japan white rabbits were randomly divided into control group, cholesterol group and cholesterol with captopril group. The lipid levels and the histopathological changes of aorta were observed. Results Serum lipid levels in captopril group were no significant difference compared with cholesterol group. The ratio of aorta plaque areas in captoril group was significantly lower than that of the cholesterol group(P<0.01). The layers of foamcells were remarkably decreased. Conclusians It is suggested that captopril can prevent atherosclerotic development. |
