补气口服液治疗气虚诸证临床研究

目的 :观察补气口服液对气虚诸证的临床疗效及其安全性 ,并与补中益气丸对照 ,了解其优缺点。方法 :2 80例气虚诸证患者随机分为治疗组 (190例 ,补气口服液治疗 )与对照组 (90例 ,补中益气丸治疗 ) ,疗程 2周。结果 :治疗组总有效率 91 0 5 % ,对照组总有效率 84 4 4 % ,两组疗效比较无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。治疗组治疗后症状积分值显著下降 (P <0 0 1)。安全性指标检测 ,无异常变化 ,亦无不良反应发生。结论 :补气口服液具有益气健脾 ,生津止渴之功效 ,是治疗气虚诸证的安全有效的药物。

Clinical study of Buqi Koufu Liquid on the syndrome of qi deficiency

Objective :To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Buqi Koufu Liquid on the syndrome of qi deficiency with the control of Buzhong Yiqi Bolus,and try to find out their advantages and disadvantages. Methods :280 cases with the syndrome of qi deficiency were divided into the treatment group (190 cases,treated with Buqi Koufu Liquid)and the control group(90 cases,treated with Buzhong Yiqi Bolus).The course was 2 weeks. Results :The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91 05%,and 81 44% in control group.The therapeutic effects between two groups had no difference( P >0 05).After the treatments the integral of the symptoms in the treatment group markedly decreased( P <0 01).The tests of safe indices had no changes,and no side effects occurred. Conclusions :Buqi Koufu Liquid had the efficacy of invigorating qi ,strengthening the spleen,producing liquid and arresting thirstiness.And it was safe and had a good effect for the syndrome of qi deficiency.
