慢性盆腔炎-输卵管积脓38例诊治分析

目的:探讨慢性盆腔炎-输卵管积脓的临床特点,提高诊断率。方法:回顾分析38例慢性盆腔炎输卵管积脓患者的病史、临床表现及诊治经过。结果:术前确诊18例,术前诊断率为47.4%。子宫次全切加双侧附件切除8例,子宫次全切加双侧输卵管病灶切除6例,单纯输卵管病灶切除24例。结论:慢性盆腔炎-输卵管积脓临床表现多样化,需详细询问病史、查体、结合B超提高诊断准确率,腹腔镜检查是确诊的一个有效方法。手术治疗应根据患者年龄、对生育的要求决定手术范围。

Diagnosis and Treatment in 38 Cases of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and Pyosalpinx

Objective:Investigating the clinical feature of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease-pyosalpinx,raising a diagnosis rate.Methods:To review and analysis patient history,clinical situation and process of treatment of 38 cases chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and pyosalpinx.Results:18 patients had been examined definitely before the surgical operation,the frequency of preoperative diagnosis was 47.4%.8 among them had been carried on subtotal hysterectomy and both adnexectomy,6 among them had been carried on subtotal hysterectomy and both uterine tube exsect,24 among them had been carried on simple uterine tube exsect.Conclusions:Clinical manifestation of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and pyosalpinx is diverse,need detailed inquire a disease history,body examination,type-B ultrasonic.Abdominoscopy check is a valid method that examines a patient definitely.The operation treatment should accord with sufferer's age,breeding wishes to decide surgical operation scope.
