黄芪注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床分析

目的观察黄芪注射液联合奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将68例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例，2组均给予西医的常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用黄芪注射液和奥扎格雷钠注射液，观察2组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损、日常生活活动能力评分及综合疗效等情况。结果治疗组的总有效率、神经功能缺损及日常生活活动能力评分的好转程度均优于对照组，其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论黄芪注射液联合奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效满意。

Clinical analysis of astragalus injection combined with sodium ozagrel on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of treating acute cerebral infarction with astragalus injection joint sodium ozagrel. Conclusion Astragalus injection combined with sodium ozagrel is effective and safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
