中成药辅助治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效及不良反应

目的探讨参麦注射液、清开灵注射液、双黄连粉针辅助治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效以及药物不良反应情况，以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法以2011年11月～2013年1月的45例病毒性心肌炎患者为研究对象，分成3组，每组15例，分别予以参麦注射液、清开灵注射液、双黄连粉针辅助治疗，比较三组之间疗效和药物不良反应。结果参麦注射液、清开灵注射液、双黄连粉针的有效率分别为80％、86．7％、86．7％。双黄连粉针的不良反应率最低，为13．33％；其次是清开灵注射液，为26．67％；最高是参麦注射液，为33．33％。结论双黄连粉针辅助治疗病毒性心肌炎的效果最满意，不良反应最低。

Efficacy and adverse reaction of Chinese patent medicine in treatment of viral myocarditis

Objective To explore the effect of Shenmai injection, Qingkailing injection, Shuanghuanglian injection in adjuvant treatment of viral myocarditis and adverse drug reaction conditions, in order to provide the reference for the clinical treatment. Methods 45 cases of patients with viral myocarditis from November 2011 to January 2013 as the object of study, divided into 3 groups, 15 cases in each group, were treated with Shenmai injection, Qingkailing injection, Shuanghuanglian injection adjuvant treatment, the comparison between the three groups curative effect and adverse drug reaction. Results Shenmai injection, Qingkailing injection, Shuanghuanglian injection has efficiency were 80%, 86.7%, 86. 7% ; adverse reaction of Shuanghuanglian injection rate was the lowest, 13.33%. Followed by Qingkailing injection, 26. 67%. The highest is the Shenmai injection, 33. 33%. Conclusion Shuanghuanglian injection in adjuvant treatment of viral myocarditis with minimum effect, adverse reaction.
