CEA、CA19—9与CA72-4联合检测对结肠癌的临床应用

目的探讨血清CEA、CA19-9与CA72-4联合检测对结肠癌的临床应用价值。方法用电化学发光法检测40例结肠癌患者、36例结肠良性疾病患者、100例体检健康者的血清CEA、CA72-4与CA19-9含量，分析其在结肠癌诊断的价值。结果血清CEA、CA19-9与CA72-4水平显著高于结肠良性病变患者及健康体检人群的水平（P〈0．05），结肠良性病变患者血清CEA、CA19-9与CA72-4浓度显著高于健康体检人群的浓度（P〈0．05）。在结肠癌中联合检测阳性率明显高于单一检测。结论三种肿瘤标志物联合检测可提高结肠癌的检出率。

Application of combined detection of LEA,CA19-9 and CA 72-4 in colon cancer

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection on of CEA, CA72-4 and CA19-9 in the diagnosis of colon cancer. Methods Serum levels of CEA,CA72-4 and CA19-9 in 40 patients with colon cancer,36 patients with benign colon diseases, and 100 healthy controls were measured by elecassay. The diagnostic value of these three indicators for colon cancer was analyzed. Results Serum levels of CEA,CA72-4 and CA19-9 in patients with colon cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with benign colon diseases and healthy controls （ P 〈 0. 05 ） o And those indices in patients with benign colon diseases were significantly higher than those in healthy controlso （P 〈 0. 05 ） Combined detection in positive rate of tumor markers in colon cancer is significantly higher than a single test. Conclusion Combined determination of CEA,CA72-4 and CA19-9 is helpful to increase the detection rate of colon cancer.
