B型利钠肽对心房颤动患者复律的预测价值

目的：探讨血液B型利钠肽（brain natriuretic peptid, BNP）水平对心房颤动（atrial fibrillation, AF）复律的预测价值。方法66例心房颤动患者随访12月,根据入院时血液BNP水平为（200±23.7）ng/L,取BNP水平均数为介值,分为低BNP水平组和高BNP水平组。结果血液BNP水平与左房内径存在明显相关性。低BNP水平组心房颤动的转复率明显高于高BNP水平组（P〈0.05）；低BNP水平组心房颤动的复发率明显低于高BNP水平组（P〈0.05）；低BNP水平组心房颤动的缺血事件发生率明显低于高BNP水平组（P〈0.05）；低BNP水平组心房颤动的住院率明显低于高BNP水平组（P〈0.05）。结论 B型利钠肽的高低有助于预测心房颤动的转复率及复发率,并可指导临床用药。

Predictive value on the cardioversion of B-type natriuretic peptide for patients with atrial fibrillation

Objective To discuss the predictive value of blood B-type natriuretic peptide levels for atrial fibrillation. Methods 66 patients with AF follow-up of 12 months, according to blood BNP levels on admission for （200±23.7） ng/L, BNP levels mean for intermediate value, divided into low BNP level and high BNP level group. Results The blood BNP level and left atrial diameter have obvious correlation. Successful rate of AF in BNP low level group was obviously higher than that of high BNP level group （P〈0.05）;AF recurrence rate of low BNP level group was lower than that of high BNP level group （P〈0.05）;Ischemic events of low level BNP group was lower than that of high BNP level group in pations with AF （P〈0.05）;Hospitalization rate of atrial fibrillation of low BNP level group was obviously lower than that of the high level BNP group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion B-type natriuretic peptide level is helpful to predict the successful cardioversion rate and the recurrence rate of AF, and can guide the clinical medication.
