小剂量黛力新联合匹维溴胺治疗腹痛型肠易激综合征

目的比较小剂量抗焦虑抑郁药黛力新联合匹维溴胺与单独应用匹维溴胺对腹痛型肠易激综合征的治疗效果。方法将82例腹痛型肠易激综合征（irritable bowel syndrome，IBS）患者随机分成治疗组43例和对照组39例，治疗组给予黛力新片10mg，b．i．d．，分别于早上8点与中午12点分服，匹维溴胺片50mg，t．i．d．。对照组给予匹维溴胺片50mg，t．i．d．，2组疗程均为8周，治疗期间均停用其他药物。观察比较2组疗效。结果治疗组治疗8周的总有效率88．4％，疗效明显高于对照组64．1％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论小剂量黛力新联合匹维溴胺对腹痛型IBS具有良好的治疗效果。

Small-dose deanxit combining pinaverium bromide for abdominal pain type irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To compare the curative effect of com-bination of small-dose antidepressant： dearLxit plus pinaverium bromidewith that of Pinaverium bromide for treating irritable bowel synbrome （IBS）. Methods 82 cases of IBS were randomly divided into two groups： therapy group（43 cases） and control group （39 cases）, the patients in therapy group took deanxit two times daily and pinaverium bromide 50 mg three times daily orally, the patients in control group took pinaverium bromide 50 mg three times daily orally, the courses of treatment were 8 weeks, the other kinds of drug were stopped in the treatment period, to observeand compare the therapeutic effect between the two groups. Results The overall effective rate in therapy group was 88.4%, theclinical therapeutic effect was significantly higher than the control group 64. 1%, P 〈0. 05. Conclusion Small-dose deanxit combining pinaverium bromide has good therapeutic effect on IBS.
